Product Overview
The corrugated sidewall belt combines three elements: a cross-rigid base belt that stays flat across its width, two flexible corrugated sidewalls vulcanized along the edges, and transverse cleats bonded between the sidewalls. Together they form pockets that hold the material, so the conveyor can climb steeply without the material sliding back.
This lets a single machine replace a long shallow conveyor plus an elevator, which usually removes one or more transfer points, cuts the footprint dramatically and reduces both maintenance and dust generation.
